Wow, what with 11.11.11, the Mayan activations, the Living Love Kundalini Yoga workshop, the WOW Wealth of Wisdom gathering, the Sacred Sound Celebration, and then this week getting dunked by a Water Shaman in very cold water in a river so pure I was drinking from it surrounded with hills rich in gold and silver ore to the sound of Antion’s chanting…Ahh, what excitement! The cells of my soul are dancing with joy, embodying and vibrating with more of me. (This experience was part of an amazing Sacred Journey with Michael Fleck, visiting some very unique New Zealanders you will hear more about: Ruth Tai, Gary and Raewyn Cook, and Mike O’Donnell).
So what is Living Love, why do we call our teachings Living Love? Because in our world now – more than ever – Love and Living it! IS what living Life is about! We learned about Love in Hawaii where Love is called Aloha and defined in one way thus: “Aloha is to learn what is not said, to see what cannot be seen & to know the unknowable.” – Queen Lili‘uokalani

A four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman crying because he had recently lost his wife: the little boy went into the old gentleman’s yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, ‘Nothing, I just helped him cry.’
Sweet, he knew, just being there is it, it’s like when you feel it, Love, it happens…magic, like, how do you think my broken smashed up ankle bones were moved back into place and knitted back instantly? Right in front of my eyes… and proven by x-rays next day. Love is really a frequency of energy, available to us all, and my miracle healing showed me we can all love, we can all heal, you too, ourselves and each other. Love, as the children noticed, is… safety, listening, forgiving, being with, accepting, acknowledging, allowing…magic.
Thousands of people have lain under my hands on my healing table or been in my workshops experiencing…a transmission of… magic, Aloha Love and joy, as in the journey of coming home – to you yourself… where the true origins of problems and challenges show up and often may be readily healed… sometimes instantly, miraculously. It is fear from our fear-based reality that helps create physical problems, and it is Love that erases them as if they had never been.
I know it is lack of connection and fulfillment that is one of the hidden causes of overweight and cancer, and that focusing on integrity, honesty and self-caring (that’s Love) is the true health care!
I wonder why would anyone sabotage self in this precious incarnation by seeking what will never bring satisfaction, all that manipulation, and power/control/money grabbing for what? Well, I saw it first hand as a movie star back then… and that’s why I had to get away from the world of celebrity and choose a life of authenticity instead.
What a joy to be teaching at www.kawaipurapura.co.nz, such wonderful people coming who have become our dear friends. We are loving the people running the center, Jenny, Dyana, Megan, the vision we all hold, the beauty of nature and sacred site there and the excitement of building it into a yoga center and live – in eco-center for (r)evolutionary internal and external activism. Carolyn of www.wisdomseekers.co.nz is a great support for spreading the word on all the events in NZ.
Keeping my hand in in the world of movie making, I had a role in a short film to be shown soon at a Women’s filmmaking festival, my 3rd in NZ…see www.starnow.com
Lots of great stuff happening …at the end of this year at the beautiful Coromandel festival on a five kilometer beach at www.Prana.co.nz , we are teaching four workshops. Next year more gatherings, Sacred Sound celebrations, seminar at New Spirit festival, and events/workshops at Kawai Purapura, the first NZ Yoga festival in April, and a Sacred music Festival in the planning as well as trips to Australia’s festivals.
Antion sings Hawaiian for the Hula Halau in Auckland, our teacher Blaine Kia is here this week bringing more of Hawaii to NZ. On Sundays Antion enjoys his passion for Gurbani sacred music as part of the Sikh Sacred Music Ragi jatha in the temple.

Since my mother died I needed a break from giving sessions, and now I am looking forward to starting again and intend to be back to giving personal healing sessions in 2012. Yay! It is such a joy to watch transformation in front of your eyes!
In 2012 I am planning to travel to teach in Maui, LA, Seattle, Thailand, Germany, and perhaps my native country Denmark and more.
It’s a bit of a challenge keeping up with myself and friends and facebook friends and email lists marketing and computer learning curves and all…I have lots of videos to put up…plus stay informed on the latest that’s happening in the world, I believe vitally important…and remember to meditate more…so more details coming…
